The >Federal Association of German Business Consultants (BDU) is one of the leading associations for business consultancies in Europe. As a representative of the German consulting industry, it has over 143,000 members with a turnover of more than €31.5 billion.
All members have to go through the admission procedure, adhering to strict criteria. The association verifies suitability through recommendations from clients and also undertakes quality control checks. Both B&H Consult and B&H Placement are members.

B&H Placement is certified in accordance with AZAV. This legislature ensures that certified educational institutions and training programmes are optimised to ensure the successful integration of jobseekers back into the market. This accreditation is regulated by the Federal Employment Agency (BA).
With this certification, B&H Placement can prove that it meets all the requirements of SGB III and AZAV required to carry out subsidised measures in accordance with SGB III §110 & 111.
The > Cert-IT is a certifying body from DAkkS – the German national accreditation body. It was founded in 2010 by BITCOM, ZVEI, ver.di and IG Metall trade unions, the German Informatics Society and the Fraunhofer Institute.
The >ACF represents the interests of the European outplacement industry. It is a non-profit making organisation with more than 140 members in the career management industry. It has developed into an influential trade organisation, with a strong link to political institutions at both national and European levels.
One of its main tasks is its focus on achieving awareness of the effectiveness of outplacement during workforce transformation. It carries this out by persuading decision makers in both the business and political arena.
Members of the Association specialise predominantly in individual and group outplacement, executive coaching as well as career advice. Extensive quality control criteria have been set by the ACF for the implementation of outplacement and coaching. B&H Placement fulfils these criteria, confirmed by the > ACF certificate.
The >German Association for Personnel Management (DGFP) has been the main source and network for HR professionals since 1952. Small, medium-sized and German stock exchange listed companies are represented by the organisation, which focusses on the exchange of personal experience. Over 4000 decision makers and HR executives are involved in around 100 experience-exchange (ERFA) groups. The association also organises an annual conference.
