The company and its individual business units should undergo a comprehensive demographic audit as the first step in the development of a future strategy. This will be undertaken by B&H.
The objective must be to maintain a healthy balance across the age groups, without sacrificing productivity and innovative skills.
We will develop a strategy and plan its execution together. This might include the important aspect of sharing knowledge between older and younger age groups. “Staying healthy” initiatives, work schedule agreements, incentive schemes as well as early retirement plans for older employees could be included.
