Efficient and Effective Courses

Discussions with affected employees must be properly carried out and the process must be handled fairly for all parties involved. It is necessary to ensure that management, HR executives and the Works Council are fully prepared. Therefore, the B&H Group offers specially designed training courses. Executives learn how to conduct interviews under difficult circumstances, how to communicate effectively, anger management techniques etc.

The courses are based on the principles of an “equitable parting”. The behaviour of the interviewers and the interface during the course must then be reflected in the ensuing discussions.

We know from experience that if this equitable parting philosophy is implemented, taking the “individual’s hardship” into consideration, then direct and indirect costs (restructuring budget, HR department costs, court cases, damage to the organisation’s image, internal friction etc.) will be kept to a minimum. The agreed restructuring and cost-saving targets can then be met sustainably.
