Care for Disabled
Article 3, Paragraph 3 of the German Constitution states that “No-one shall be discriminated against because of his disability”. This also applies in the work environment.
The main objective is to offer disabled employees potential within the organisation. In many cases the employer and relevant parties are able to find a solution. In a few cases, despite the best intentions, it may not be possible to reach a settlement internally.
The B&H Group works with all concerned parties to ensure that the employee can participate fully in the community in another working environment without being financially disadvantaged.
